How do I remove the "waves" of moisture from the old watercolor?
This watercolor is from the 1940s, and was maintained for at least 30 years. the original mattress and frame. The humidity of poor preservation of paper pattern "wave" along the lower half of the painting. I do not think it is wet because there is nowhere in the picture.
